Lovely junior suite room. Enjoyed sitting in the bay window each day before and after sightseeing, just watching oban bay and all the boats. Very relaxed few days. The extra large bed was very comfy. Breakfast was a nice choice and well presented.

We noticed there had been some repairs since we were last at the hotel. The parking area road had been repaired and the breakfast area rearranged to make it easier for guests to use the area with less collisions. The employees are always lovely at this hotel. Stephanie who is often at reception always greets us with a massive smile which is lovely. In the breakfast/restaurant area everyone does all they can to keep the food and coffee stocked up and used dishes are promptly removed from each table. They also keep the area clean regularly cleaning the tables in prep for the next person. Its a large but cosy hotel and the beds are very comfy.

I like everything about this hotel, it's location is superb, fantastic views across the bay from the lounge and restaurant, complimented by the very friendly and attentive staff, Stephanie and Jude stood out for me, happy and polite at all times. My single room was quite spacious and clean, it had two windows with different views of the promenade and bay, the bathroom was again, big for a single room. It was approximately a 10 minute walk along the promenade to the town, bars, restaurants, the ferry terminal and train station were 15/20 minutes walk. I am planning a return trip in late November.

The room was very comfortable and the bathroom was very good. There was a big car park at the back of the hotel. It is in easy walking distance of the centre of town and about a 15 minute walk to the ferry terminal. The WiFi was very good except for one short period when Internet access was unavailable. (There was a strong WiFi signal but an Internet outage.) The staff were most obliging and very helpful. Breakfast was very good and I enjoyed the evening meal in the restaurant. When the weather was bad and I didn’t want to go out in the rain, it was pleasant to sit in the lounge and watch the activity of ferries and boats coming and going.

We are a family of 5 and stayed at this hotel in Oban for 2 nights. The reception staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. We would like to thank Jude, who helped a lot with questions and special requests, and the lady that checked us in and made sure our family were all on the same floor. They made us feel very welcome. The children loved using the swimming pool, a highlight to wind down after a busy day of exploring the surroundings of Oban. Rooms were clean and spacious, beds very comfortable. Location set aside from the town centre opposite the sea which provides tranquility.

The hotel is in a wonderful location with great views over Oban Bay. Breakfast was excellent in a beautiful room. The food was replenished several times when we were there and was well cooked and of good quality. We were blessed with wonderful weather and the outdoor bar seating area was a great place to watch the world go by on the promenade. Reception staff were welcoming and friendly. Beds were comfortable.

All of the breakfast was incredible especially the mushrooms and bacon. Even though the outside of our back rooms looked a bit worn, the rooms were very spacious and had everything of what was needed for 5 nights. The pool was at the right temperature and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff were very polite and friendly.

Upon checking in, the reception staff, Stephanie and her colleague were very welcoming, polite and friendly. As the front car park was full, I was kindly given directions for the extra car park at the rear of the hotel. After checking in, we were kindly shown to our room and help was given with taking our luggage. Room was very spacious for our family of 3, comfy pillow and bed. Buffet breakfast was amazing, a good range of variety to choose from. Tea, coffee and fruit juices too. My 6 year old son is a fussy eater, but he chose what he wanted and finished it all 👍🏽 The location was great, close to town and with exceptional seafront and scenic views 🥰
